I only offer digital work.

All prices listed are starting prices and price will be on a case-to-case basis, factoring character complexity, backgrounds, commission type, project design, etc.

I have the right to reject any order for any reason.

I work best with consistent communication to ensure progress of the project, however please do not bombard me with update requests. You are entitled to at least a weekly update, but excessive update requests may result in cancellation of the project.

I strongly prefer to do one character commissions, but multiple character ones are not out of the cards.

I do not do style mimicry (i.e. drawing something in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure style).

Commercial rights and reselling rights are not included. Detailed in Copyright & Usage section.

Provide: the types of commission you want, references, what you want in the commission, and what vibes or story you want it to give off or be based on, respectively, if applicable. The more established your vision is, the better - though, of course with leaving enough room for artistic freedom. Please provide specific references that best match and aid to your vision. It's a lot harder to work and have fun with it when I have to guess a lot, unless creative freedom is given and aside from effective communication.

Pay through Stripe invoice. (You DO NOT need an account to send money!)

Once your order is accepted and after consultation and pay is agreed upon, payment will be requested promptly and I will need your email and a name (doesn't have to be your real name) for the invoice and email delivery of the full resolution image if needed. If payment is not received within 2 weeks upon request, the order will be considered abandoned and will be cancelled.

Commissions are to be paid 100% upfront - I will not start on your order until payment is received.

Only partial refunds will be issued if I have already started the piece. Refund will be proportional to the amount of work not completed.

If I had not started the piece yet / just started it, you will receive a full refund.

I have the right to decide if your reason for the requested refund is adequate.

If for any reason I cannot complete your commission, your order will be cancelled and I will either refund you in full if I have not began work on it, or a refund proportional to the amount not completed.

If I am finished with the piece, or if I am inches away from being finished, you cannot request a refund.

Chargebacks are not acceptable. You may be blacklisted from commissioning me should it occur.

Major revisions are allowed up to 3 times during sketch phases, not including mistakes. Revision later in the process such as after line art can only be minor. Further revisions may require additional fees if it may impact the progress and timeline of the project.

Completion of your commission requires 1 week at minimum, and may typically average 3 weeks to 3 months depending on commission type, complexity, and workload of commissions.

Deadlines and timelines will be adhered to in good faith but may not be possible sometimes. Note that each project may vary.

Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image via email if contact is not done via Discord, or if file size is too large to be sent on social media platforms in full resolution.

Note: There is no physical product to receive.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

I retain original copyright and ownership of the work, which includes but may not be limited to redistributing, reproducing, advertising, displaying the work in my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion. I have rights to repurpose unused process work for future projects, personal or otherwise.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and any social media outlet as long as I am credited.

You acknowledge that this is a personal commission and that commercial licensing and reselling rights is not included, therefore you may not use this for commercial purposes such as monetized videos, streams, merchandise, music albums, etc. If you wish to use the artwork in these avenues, you must let me know and it will require an additional fee of +50% of the project price.

You may not profit off the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to print-on-demand-services, make NFT's, etc).

You may not alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.

You may use the artwork for otherwise non-commercial personal purposes, such as profile pictures and digital wallpapers. This right is excluded to you and no other party not intended as the recipient of the artwork.

You may not at any time use generative AI regardless of the stage of the artwork, from sketch to finished and beyond.

You may not claim work as your own or anyone else's, therefore you may not remove my signature under any circumstances and must credit me as the artist with my social tag: Skeliana.
